Methods of Preparation:
Take 1 cup of water and boil until it gives Bubbles.
Now add 1 cup of Ragi flour and stir continuously take away from the flame.
Knead fully to make a soft dough and make small balls.
On a flat surface sprinkle little Ragi flour and tap the ball with your palm. Use flour as required.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin until the balls become thin, flat and round.
Sprinkles a few drop of water on the heat pan and cook jowar flat bread.
Now with the help of wet cloth, spread water on the Ragi flat bread.
Flip it and cook on both sides.
Remove the bread from the pan and serve hot.
