Refund policy

At Amrit Bhojanam, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

1.1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused. 

1.2. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. 

1.3. Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

2.1. To request a refund, contact us at support@amritbhojanam.com with your order details. 

2.2. Once approved, return the product to the address provided. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. 

2.3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1. Gift cards, discounted items, and custom orders are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
