Method of Preparation
1. Gently wash the millet rice with clean water.
2. Soak the millet rice as per need in the pure water (1:5).
3. It is advisable to cook millet rice in the same water on low flame without pressure cooking. (Bisi bele bath, pulao, biryani, kheer, pongal, khichdi can also be prepared with this rice).
